Is PPB (Private Property Bike) legal?
Our standard models are street-legal Class 2 or Class 3 e-bikes in most U.S. states (max 20 to 28 mph assist, 750W motor). PPB models remove the speed cap - they are designed for private property, closed courses, and off-road use only. They are not street legal.

How long does charging take? Is it safe?
Charge time: 4 to 6 hours from empty on a standard 110V outlet, depending on battery size.
Cell quality: We use Samsung 21700 cells - we name the manufacturer so you always know what's inside.
Safety: Every cell is individually encapsulated in heat-resistant resin. CANBUS monitoring flags thermal anomalies in real time. Charge indoors, on a hard surface, and never leave unattended overnight.
