When your bike(s) ships, you will receive a UPS or Fedex tracking number directly to your email. General UPS or Fedex transit time after it ships is around 3-10 business days but can vary per location & Route/Carriers Schedule. The tracking can take a day or two to update once the shipment is in transit and will then provide an ETA accoridngly.

Important note for pre-orders/backorders (When products show pre-order):
It's not possible for us to ship out all ebikes at once, so the estimated shipping dates are when we're going to start shipping the bikes of that batch in the order of dates orders are received. On average, batches take 1-5 days to ship in total.

As the pre-order shipping ETA approaches, we'll update you via email with any updates or confirmation.

Pre-orders & in stock order may be cancelled if requested to us via email prior to receiving a tracking number however please note there will be a 2.5% processing fee deducted from the refund.
