TERMS OF SERVICE

SHIPPING

We are currently only shipping to the USA and EU countries.

In-Stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday should ship out Monday.

We ship using groupage system or land transportation.

The customer is responsible to check the e-bike before signing the delivery notice. The customer has right not to sign if the bike is damaged or mention it in the documents.

On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment, the customer is also responsible for ensuring they comply with all of their local/state/federal regulations concerning the import and use of electric bicycles.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS

  • Purchased but not shipped:
    • 10% processing fee
  • Cancellation of pre-order product orders:
    1. Prior to the delivery of your pre-order product order(s), the user may apply to cancel the order. In such cases deposit amount is non-refundable.
    2. After the pre-order product order has been delivered, the product return and refund process are the same as normal orders.
  • Ebike orders:
    • No returns after 14 days of receiving
    • To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
    • The box must be sealed and unopened
    • Subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Customer pays to ship both ways
    • Refund will be calculated when the bike is received by Ariel Rider and inspection. If the customer made any damage on bike Ariel Rider has right not to accept the refund.
  • Accessory/replacement part orders:
    • No returns after 30 days of receiving
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Customer pays to ship both ways
  • Used items:
    • No returns.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Batteries
    • Special orders
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Gifted orders

Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from Ariel Rider E-Bikes. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Ariel Rider a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.

If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

*Please give us heads up after you send your return by emailing info@arielrider.com. If possible, please provide a tracking number.

*If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Experience team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

BIKE PERFORMANCE

Please note that information regarding the expected range on a single charge on one of our ebikes is an estimate, not a guarantee. There are many factors that contribute to actual, real-world range for an ebike battery such as the age of the battery, temperature, level of assist, speed, payload, and terrain. Given the right conditions, it is possible to get less than the expected minimum range or greater than the expected maximum range.

SPECIAL OFFERS, CODES, AND PROMOTIONS

Ariel Rider reserves the right to put limitations on the combining, stacking, and use of any and all promotions done via the website, email, social media, or any other channels where promotions are detailed and/or distributed. Ariel Rider reserves the right to pause all promotions, codes, and referral programs for some sales and for all new product launches. Any and all promos must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively, promo codes cannot be stacked, used in tandem, etc.

OPEN-BOX SALES

Open box sales do not carry any warranty on used (open-box items). There are no returns on open-box sale items.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / CREDITS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don’t offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email. Your store credit is easily applied during checkout of your next order.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@arielrider.com

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, there are no returns for items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If sale items are returned without authorization from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, special orders are not returnable. Each special order is made specifically for each customer and is final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns. For international shipping of special orders, additional charges may apply to orders containing both in stock and special order items.

SELF-SERVICING

Ariel Rider Ebikes, strongly suggest any electronic-related servicing issues are addressed by an experienced ebike shop.
If the client prefers to self-service the electronic parts of their ebike, it shall void the warranty terms on the purchase.
And unauthorized changes of electronic or mechanical parts on the ebike/accessories shall void the warranty terms.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

You are responsible for your own actions while using an electric bike. Ariel Rider ebikes is not responsible/nor liable for any accidents or injuries (whether caused by you or others) that may occur during your use. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to determine if your current insurance policy would cover you in the event of an accident.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
