Shipping

  • Ebikes:

    Electric bikes shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping*.

    In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped.

    All domestic ebike shipments require a signature at delivery.
    As we ship bikes with UPS and FedEx we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

    Orders containing discounted merchandise may take an additional 48 hours to process.

    3rd party or self-shipping of any Ariel Rider EBikes or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications required to ship lithium-ion batteries. The MSDS documentation necessary for a 3rd party carrier to ship our battery is proprietary information and will not be provided if requested.

    Once you've received the tracking number, requests for any changes in delivery should be requested directly with Ariel Rider Ebikes and not with the courier. These changes cannot be guaranteed after the tracking number is issued and there may be a fee associated with these change requests.

    We are unable to offer expedited shipping for Ariel Rider ebike orders due to the nature of our product and the International Shipping Restrictions on Lithium-Ion batteries.

    Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, updating shipping settings/preferences surrendering the option for replacement items, and/or refunds if any issues occur.

    Please note Ariel Rider Ebikes/Arba International LLC are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault. Ariel Rider ebikes insures each item that's shipped to the customers free of charge.  If any damage or missing item occurs on your shipment, 3rd party insurance providers will be your point of contact in resolving the issue.

    For lost shipments, Ariel Rider Ebikes/Arba International LLC must receive notice of claims within sixty days after the date of scheduled delivery.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    For any third-party shipping, Ariel Rider Ebikes cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

  • Accessories:

    In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to the order once the order has shipped. Please note that if your ebike order is not shipped at the time of placing an accessory order, the accessory orders will be fulfilled after the ebike order is fulfilled. 

    As we ship accessories with UPS, FedEx and USPS we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

    *Residents of AK and HI do not qualify, palletized freight orders are subject to fees, and orders including only accessories and/or parts will still have shipping fees applied.

    For accessory shipments, the shipping times are an estimate as we do not have control over USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping companies. The shipping times indicated for accessories are business days and delays are common during the holiday seasons.

  • Shipping Insurance Policy

    At Ariel Rider Ebikes, our commitment to ensuring that your product reaches you in impeccable condition is unwavering. We've partnered with Order Protection to provide you with an added layer of security against damages, theft, or loss during transit. However, please familiarize yourself with our shipping insurance policy to make any potential claims process smoother.

    Coverage:

    1. Damages: Our shipping insurance covers substantial damages to the products during transit.
    2. Theft or Loss: If your product gets lost or stolen while in transit, rest assured, we've got you covered.
    3. Exclusions: Minor cosmetic damages or blemishes on the product are not covered under our insurance policy.

    Claim Procedure:

    1. Evidence: To initiate a claim, you must provide clear photo evidence of:
      a. The damaged product.
      b. The external condition of the box/package it arrived in.

    2. Time Frame: Shipping insurance claims are exceptionally time-sensitive. You must file your claim within 5 days of receiving the product. Any claims made after this period will not be eligible.

  • Warranty and Shipping of Parts

    Incomplete or Damaged Parts Shipment:

    When shipping parts, including lithium-ion batteries, to Ariel Rider for warranty service or repair, these parts must be sent complete and without any damage that may render them unfit for safe shipping and handling. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the affected warranty coverage.

    Lithium-Ion Battery Shipments:

    Due to the heavily regulated nature of lithium-ion battery shipments, any batteries sent to Ariel Rider that are found to be tampered with, damaged, or otherwise unfit for safe shipping will be subject to immediate recycling. Ariel Rider will not ship back unsafe or non-compliant batteries under any circumstances.

    Financial Responsibility:

    In cases where a customer sends a lithium-ion battery or any other part that is incomplete, damaged beyond repair, or tampered with, leading to its inability to be shipped safely, any costs incurred for the safe disposal or recycling of these parts or any liability caused by these parts will be charged to the customer. This is to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards and to prevent any potential hazards.

    Effect on Warranty:

    Sending incomplete, damaged, or tampered parts, especially lithium-ion batteries, may affect the warranty coverage of your product. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items sent for warranty service or repair adhere to safety standards and shipping regulations. Failure to do so may lead to warranty voidance or additional charges.

    By sending any parts to Ariel Rider, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges the potential impact on warranty coverage and the financial responsibility for non-compliant shipments.

    Ariel Rider is committed to ensuring the safety and compliance of all shipped items for the protection of our customers, staff, and the environment.
